Spectrum Pediatric Therapy is a family centered pediatric therapy clinic specializing in all aspects of child development, including fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, behavior skills, feeding, communication and language skills, and swallowing.
We at Spectrum Pediatric Therapy strive to provide comprehensive pediatric therapeutic services with the goal of helping kids with life and supporting families through the process.
Spectrum Pediatric Therapy believes that each child is unique. We believe that by encouraging play we can encourage development. And by encouraging communication we can help families thrive.
We promote developing appropriate skill acquisition through fun, playful activities. The goal is for your child to grow while having fun and for your family to be supported throughout the process.
Occupational therapy is the use of purposeful activity to maximize the independence of a child who is limited by a physical injury or illness, neurological or cognitive impairment, a developmental or learning disability, or sensory integration dysfunction.
Physical therapy is the assessing of how a child moves, in addition to a child's flexibility, strength, balance and coordination skills.
Speech-language therapy is the treatment for childhood speech and/or language disorders. A speech disorder refers to a problem with the actual production of sounds, whereas a language disorder refers to a difficulty understanding or putting words together to communicate ideas.
